Abbas Fawaz is a Lebanese-French citizen, and a self-made entrepreneur, whose successful business journey started in 1968 in the West African region. His entrepreneurial ventures began in trading and expanded in the fields of timber, rubber, agro-industry, and most recently, the hospitality sector. Building on his successes in Africa, M. Fawaz established offices in Geneva, Paris, and Amsterdam, extending his reach to the European market as well as to the Middle East.

Abbas Fawaz supports various humanitarian NGOs and associations. He serves as Vice-President of Démocrates sans Frontières in Switzerland, President of Amwaj environmental association, and President of Human Services Association in Lebanon.

Currently, Abbas Fawaz is President of the World Lebanese Cultural Union, further emphasizing his dedication to promoting the Lebanese overseas culture as messengers of peace, entrepreneurship, and fraternity, fostering the socio-economic development of the countries in which they live in and keeping them connected to Lebanon.

Ali Nehmé Nesr is a Lebanese-Belgian self-made entrepreneur and a business visionary. Over the past 4 decades, he has transformed a small family business into a leading multinational success story.

His business pursuits started in the 70’s in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), formerly Zaire where he settled in quest of trade ventures. In the early 90's he relocated to Angola and founded Angoalissar, which has grown to be one of the main importers and distributors of commodities in the country. As business thrived, Ali Nesr founded and chaired Webcor group, a conglomerate of companies specialized in soft commodities and FMCG. Webcor employs today around 3000 employees across Africa, Europe, and Asia.

Ali Nesr is known for his dedication to philanthropy. Guided by his passion for creation, a set of honorable personal values and strong business principles, he is constantly bringing the family to new heights and establishing new ventures.

Kamal Akar, is a Lebanese-French businessman with offices in Europe and West Africa, who made significant strides in the textile industry. With a history spanning over 40 years, his business has evolved into a trendsetter and a leading supplier renowned for its high-quality textile products and services. Operating as a trusted distributor, the company caters to various industries across the West African region.

Kamal Akar’s commitment to excellence has earned his company a solid reputation for delivering high-quality products and excellent service. Leveraging a dynamic sourcing platform primarily from the Far East region, the business caters to the needs of the most discerning clientèle.

Through his visionary leadership and dedication to the textile industry, Kamal Akar has transformed his business into a driving force, setting new standards and redefining the landscape of the textile market in West Africa.
