sustainable practices throughout our manufacturing
operations. Great effort has been placed into creating a
facility that saves energy and minimizes environmental
impact.
We are introducing far-reaching sustainability goals at
every stage of the facility lifecycle. This includes the
responsible use of resources, value engineering, waste
reduction and recycling initiatives, and the adoption of
energy-efficient technologies.
By installing photovoltaic panels, our plant harnesses solar power to generate 800 kW of electricity. This significant renewable energy capacity allows us to meet 40% of our annual energy needs.
Minimizing waster and maximizing efficiency, we view our energy needs as a circular system. The heat generated from the machines in the facility is channeled back to the energy pool inside the facility reducing waste and optimizing utilization.
Managing our water footprint sustainably is of
paramount importance to us. Throughout the entire
lifecycle of our operations, we prioritize efficient
water usage and employ rigorous treatment processes.
In adherence to international standards such as WHO, EU
GMP, US FDA, and Lebanon’s Ministry of Environment
regulations, we are actively engaged in processing the
drainage that comes from our manufacturing facility.
We have established a neutralization site that
efficiently treats contaminated water, enabling its safe
reuse for irrigation or its responsible return to the
general sewage system without harming the
environment.
